Politics are an interesting thing.
RBR and Vettel knew they were parting, this will "reflect" in a drivers result.
Ferrari's pit strategy would sacrifice the car Alonso wasn't driving for either test data, or to block at a particular time of the race, staying out on a bad tire strategy.
You really really can't compare the huge result gaps at Ferrari between Alonso and his teammate, as the radio communication shows a different picture of Ferrari putting their eggs in one basket.
