My daughter was aware that our anniversary was coming up. She had been to this restaurant called Corso 32 on Jasper Ave in Edmonton. She recommended it to us and so she booked a table for us and the nearest booking time was a month ahead.

So she booked it and we got there early. So early that the chef/owner was waiting to be let in at 5pm. We talked to him and he has Italian/German parents. When we got to the table there was champagne waiting for us. We ordered our food, short ribs(the best tasting and tenderest I have ever had), lasagna, chocolate torte and several other dishes.
Best restaurant food I have ever had in Edmonton. Well worth the wait.
