Last one I bled I did it by very carefully bending the hardline to allow the bleeder to point up. You need two bolts with nuts and a simple steel strap with two holes drilled for the bolt spacing on the slave. Put the strap across the top of the pushrod and hold in place with the two bolts and nuts. Now you can bleed it as normal with the air rising to the bleeder. Remove strap, carefully bend line to install slave.
