You nailed it Rasta. The re-built master cylinder is bad. When I walked in the garage this morning, the brake fluid was dripping from the frame rail again. So I made a O'Reilly run and got another. Swoped out the master cylinder, hooked up the Power Bleeder and got the system pressurized. I also pre-loaded the master cylinder before installing it and set the rear of the car down (jack stands on the front only). It took another quart of brake fluid, pumping the peddle while pressurized and offerings to the Porsche gods but low and behold... the peddle has pressure! I noted that the engagement point was just below were the spring pulls back so I lengthened the push rod four turns. Feels good now and I confirmed the slave cylinder push rod was coming out through the clutch inspection hole. I won't be able to test with the engine running until I get the fuel injectors re-installed hopefully later this week.
