Haddock top with Shrimp Stuffing (shrimp, onion, celery, bread crump, thyme, parsley, dry sherry, lemon juice and melt butter).
Serve with Toasted head Chardonnay. Note the "Super Tom" soya sauce (for the rice) in the background. The best soya sauce I ever tasted. Probably not available South of the border but quite a survival story;
