Nope., not from Porsche anyway. 3.6 litres started in the 2002 model year, along with the facelift.
A swap could be done.....but 1999 was only year with a throttle cable, everything after that had drive-by-wire so a swap into that year would be a little trickier.3.6 litres had varioram plus as well, unlike the 3.4 which had varioram only.
New brains, additional wiring..tricky swap.
