We had some school shopping to do last night and ate at Burger King. Jacob (age 5)had seen the commercials for the spicy chicken fries while we were on vacation and knows I like spicy food so he was telling me the whole time that they will make my mouth cry since that is what the commercial said. I ordered some to share last night and he was watching as I ate one and I told him they weren't spicy at all. He didn't take my word for it and tried on in ranch and then tried it plain since the ranch covered what spice there was. After he ate that one he asked to get out of the booth and we asked why and he said he was going to go to the people up front because they were not spicy at all and we should get our money back. We had a little discussion on how commercials work. I think deep down he was upset that my mouth didn't cry.
