The driver of the truck. The stalls are narrower near the fence line and building. Larger parking stalls are further away. Trying to wedge a quad cab truck in smaller stalls have never made sense to me especially since there are more accommodating spaces three rows away.
See too much of that with the soccer moms driving suburbans or escalades parking in places a Corolla would have a hard time doing.
