I can vouch for that...we've been trying to hire a mfg/simulation/software engineer for the past year and not a single American has the qualifications. The problem is that it's really,
really hard to bring in green-card people right now (INS must've cut the quotas way back?). So we're stuck short-handed in an economy where there are supposedly tons of out-of-work "technical" people.
Why do all the American kids want an MBA?
