I'd stop there. I know more about cars than amps, but I wouldn't hesitate to sell a car as "operational" if all the systems functioned. If a buyer came back and said the brake fluid was old and there was 5% leakage in cylinder #5 I'd just give the guy his money back and find a reasonable buyer.
