Yes, bulbs were illuminated at first...then they went out.
Dial indicator needle bulb began to go out and back on as I scanned back and forth.
If that was all there was, I'd be willing to break it down and replace w/LEDs, no problem for me.
I suspect the seller is a cheap ass and (if he indeed replaced the bulbs) put in some cheap ersatz.
He said that he's got a ton of receivers and other gear..."...dumping all of my 'stuff'".
Sent me photos of his collection and tried to sell me other "stuff".
