I bought a car out of Raleigh and had a PPI done by European Performance ( Auto Repair - Durham, Chapel Hill, NC -Mechanic - Car Service - Import Car-). They sent me a very detailed document of all the possible issues and the mechanic called me and talked me through the inspection results. I would highly recommend them.
