While this looks complicated, it is typical VW/Audi/Bosch electrical setup. Albeit with more of the stuff than typical Passat or Golf. Relays are often interchangeable and once you understand the schematics, it is rather logical and straight-forward (different buss-rails going from page to page etc).
If you are able to read electric schematics and understand the logic behind, it is easy sailing. If you don't, then it's "OMG electrical nightmare" -time.
