The biggest problem with fuel dist. Is the center pin freezing in place.
I would soak it in a bath of WD40 for a couple days, pull it out and drain
Using air pressure, pressurize the center port on the top to see if you can get the center pin to move out.
Tap it in and out til it rides smoothly.
