Agree w/ Isabo, (my favorite poster BTW), , they look better on some people than others. I fully believe in people's right to self-expression as well, my biggest reason for not having tatoos is an aversion to following trends. This aversion is stronger in me than the average person, I think, it will even keep me from getting or doing something that I like, if everyone else is doing/getting it. If I got a tatoo, (or a "Von Dutch" hat/t-shirt), , I would feel as though I was wearing a clown suit around town. But obviously others don't feel the same.

Actually, a reasonable tatoo on the arm would not make me feel that way, but "sleeves" or neck tatoos would not be me, so I would look like an ass-clown. I have several friends w/ massive tatoos, including neck, girlfriend's/wife's name somewhere, (absolute GUARAN-F**KING-TEE that relationship is gonna be short), , etc., etc....

They, (tatoos), tend to look better on darker-skinned people, w/ some exceptions. The problem is that young people today, (am I really saying this)?? , have very little imagination. Not only do almost all of them want to be like everyone else, (their age), they can't even imagine the near future when they will wish that they could scrub the ink off w/ a brillo pad. Invest in laser surgery, it's gonna be HUGE.

I don't think that everyone is going to want their tats removed, some are very attractive, (like Sarah's I'm sure), but most will, IMO.
