The ring and pinion is even less feasible. I worked with Ricardo on it for 2 years without a good solution. Jack Baldwin did one with emco that could make it through a single world challenge race.
I repeat, I've done 3-6. They are on the market already. It's the mainshaft we don't see as a viable product so no changing 2nd gear.

3 years is a long time. I'm pretty confident both gt4s and 997 gt3s will be cheaper then.
