My old hot rod engine has been smokin' a bit and rattling a lot lately, so decided to buy, first time ever, a new GM crate 350 c.i. long block.
Had been thinking about rebuilding my old engine which runs great except for the above two problems.
It has no history, not even real sure what it is other than a SBC 350.
So took the easy way out with this new engine with warranty et al.
Easy on the budget too. Will keep my old motor and probably re build it with a little more badass in mind for next Hot rod. Wont get the new crate for 4 or 5 days
so might be a while before getting it installed, see how it goes.
