Afternoon all. We had a fun autocross today. The weather was San Diego perfect. Low 60s in the morning and 78 or 80 and
very low humidity as we left. It was
NICE out there.
We set the course up as a fast one. The longest straight possible. Wheeeeeee! It sure is fun to slide around a corner in second gear at max traction and stand on it to red line, hit third and stand on it to red line and NAIL to brakes and drop back to 40 to drive through the horseshoe and drop to second and go to the finish line. WHEEEEEE!
10 laps was my limit. I was tired by then. I will maybe upload a video tomorrow. I need to get out there and wash the 911 and put it away undercover in the garage nice and snug. It sure is a FUN toy.
