The fuel bill on that suggestion in CA. right now would make the payment on almost any new car under $30k being sold. Not to mention expensive tires, suspension parts/labor, etc., etc...
A terrible choice, unless you own Tesoro stock and you're trying to run it up.
And yes, I've owned multiple Silverados and Tahoes including the one I have now.
