The circled lip is what causes hangar rash.
In order to get the airplane over this hump without a powered towbar, you have to develop momentum, push the airplane with the towbar in the nose gear for a few feet until it attains enough speed to jump the lip.
The trouble is, doing this yourself, it's hard to spot the wingtips or elevator. Even if you have sprayed alignment lines on the (rented) hangar floor, it's still tough to move it in solo.
I know guys who have rigged up VERY slow moving winches to gently pull the airplane in with a cable attached to all three gear. Others have custom built their own power towbars.
