I find it appalling the citizens and neighbors have less freedom than those schmucks. My guess the local cops would turn their heads and let the neighbors do whatever it takes. If ya catch my drift...
And oh yes, I'd have Mr. Wrecking Hauler come in and snatch those cars and disappear for the long haul.
