I have a 2014 in the Platinum model. Live in Kansas City and love this thing. I "usually" change out my DD every year or so, but have NO plans to do so with this. Rides great and handles the weather beautifully. Put about 40k a year on mileage, NO issues to date. Good choice and I'd think your employees would be thrilled.
