Greetings all,

I have searched the forum and I have not come up with anything recent-ish in terms of battery recommendations for a 3.2 Carrera. Plenty of old threads on here with Optima recommendations, etc., but battery technology has improved in the past 5-10 years and my understanding is that Optimas just aren't what they used to be.

I am leaning towards a Deka Group 48 AGM
48 for ease of install / removal.
AGM for modern, maintenance free technology.
Deka as I have heard good things from a shop I trust. Further, I have a Deka motorcycle battery in my Lotus and it has performed well in my specialty application. Further still, I have not heard good things about Interstate and Optima as of late.

My apologies if I've missed more recent threads on this topic. Please point me in the right direction if they exist.
