EVSE etiquette is still evolving. My car sends me a text when it is charged so I can go move it out of the charging area if I want.
This was a bad position for the EVSE anyway. It should have been out in the middle of the lot with four spaces around it instead of on the edge with only two spaces that the cord could reach.

How much do they charge for electricity? I assume it can't be free!  Then again, if its free, quite complaining!
