This steering wheel was placed on BMW 502 Barick engel. nothing to do with Porsche.
Similar steering wheel was manufactured by Petri for Porsche 356 A with a double deck hornring,
Spline for Porsche are different than for BMW 502.
this steering wheel has the spline for steering column of BMW 502 with double contact pin on the back
I have such steering wheels in my collection, worth on Ebay around $400 to $800 if in good condition.
Plastic is usually in poor shape
