Took everything apart to expose stripped gears on both upper points (headliner), and at the motor, the cable was entirely out of the motor and channel, dangling in the back quarter. The motor works in position I, but will not operate in position II. I'm going to try to manually "close" or re-engage the cable into the motor and channel. I'll buy some new gears and follow Clarks process for re-install.

I suppose the position II operation is being prohibited by the limit switches not being engaged, right? Or do I have a bad relay?
