Copilot raise the gear after landing instead of the flaps? (Nose gear will retract but often not the mains. As the nose sinks onto the ramp the mains are held in the down position. Saw a C-54 do that at an air force base in the early '90s when they delivered it to the base for the museum. Copilot grabbed the gear handle vs. the flaps as they cleared the runway and it crunched onto its nose in front of the assembled dignitaries.)
