What roll has your son played in this? WHY is he being targeted? I'd try to get to the source of the issue first and deescalate it in an adult fashion....YMMV. Unfortunately, there's nothing you can do even with a security system, but I'd bet your son already knows who/what is behind this. Good luck!
I was a teen once....a LONG time ago....one time in hs we had a neighborhood girl being harassed by the "country club crowd"....the rest of us found out and believe me, it STOPPED dead in it's tracks. Teens will be teens...privledged or not
