The dedicated inspector is my son so he and I had a long talk about what he thought would help him and make it better for us. He is salary so it won't hurt him any, and he has been there for four years and has a solid grasp on the place.
It is gonna be good, and we are gonna have a lot of fun. Now if I could just get the IT guy there to run the three hard lines I deed I would be all set. My tools roll on friday morning, I scheduled the rollback this morning.
I am actually excited about this, too bad there are cars involved

Our problem is HR. She has not disciplined a single employee since she has been here. She has fired them for being 2 minutes late, but no reprimands for breaking the rules. Now management complains about being short staff and no one on staff feels like they should work. It couldn't be because 90% of the issues we have the staff are basically told to stop it but nothing ever happens unless you aren't liked, then you get fired. Fortunately I get to work with the servers. They still act up, but it isn't like dealing with stupid people. I am not a people person.
If I were closer Rick I would run those for you. I would even use the good stuff from Panduit.
