Looks like we're gonna have to skip some of the water practicals.....apparently they don't think that teaching an introduction to small craft waterborne marksmanship is a good idea in 6-8ft swells. Maybe the weather will blow over.

All sorts of rules about what armament you can have on your ship when in port as well. I think cannons are one of those items frowned upon.
