Henderson, just southeast of Vegas is a great place for a wedding. Anything available in Vegas (including inexpensive travel and hotel choices for guests who may make a Vegas vacation out of it), just a cab ride away in a beautiful, quiet setting. Plenty of nice restaurants for rehearsal dinners, etc.
