Thanks for all the posts and input so far...it's greatly appreciated!

My heating pad has really done wonders to relieve some of the pain! It's the kind you pop into the microwave for a few minutes to heat up.

I'm 61 years old and never had any joint issue before nor other major health issue...hopefully this will turn out to be something I can just rehab.
