you think about it, you'll probably determine you have to go back more than a hundred years if you want your cliche` to be accurate - unless, that is, you think your microwave oven, smart phone and Omaha Steaks allow for a higher standard of living than that enjoyed by the relatively pedestrian (compared to some royalty) Andrew Carnegie or J.P. Morgan.
