Agreed.

On the car, it's worth whatever someone will pay. It certainly commands a large premium for being all original and correct. I've parted out and cut up 6 longhoods and 8 impact bumper cars. Just reaching parts car status, you know these cars were abused. But most here on the boards have no idea how badly treated these cars can be. Forget Home Depot hardware being used, some cars I've parted the "junk drawer" was raided or someone stole a screw from the toaster for this and that to bind the car together.

One of the few good things about the bubble is idiots can't own these cars anymore.

Net-net, this is an easy restoration for any qualified 911 shop and that has real monetary value.
