My wife has a 924S and I recently picked up a 944. I really like the way they drive. My question is this; since the 924 engine is supposedly an Audi engine and Audi and Volkswagen have similar engines, how difficult would it be to fit a 2.0 16v GTI motor into a 924? They are a bit easier to modify simply based on parts availability for GTIs vs. 924s. Opinions?
