A suggestion... If you have a meat slicer, slice some breast meat as thin as you can. Take a fresh onion roll, spread copious amounts of good mayo on both sides (really, a lot), followed by as much black pepper as you can grind before your arm gets tired. Top it off with about a 1/2 inch stack of sliced turkey, then about an inch of spicy sprouts, like alfalfa spouts. Might need a little salt on the turkey, depending upon how it is seasoned.
