Unless you are enjoying a laugh, and I did smile when I read your reply, you should read the owners manual in the glove box.
It has fascinating information, pictures of relays, fuses and a sequence of maintenance.
It explains how to properly jump a 944 properly, reducing your chances of destroying the DME----even still, jumping a 944 is a 50-50 gamble.
I have no idea if my OEM flat spare even holds air or is dry rotted. 30 years hidden and ignored. The OEM air pump has never come out of the box. But I do know I have the exact air pressure and good tires on the car.
