I too have a 1999 996 that I love.
I am sure if you do a "search" you will find some good solutions.
I need to do it.
I don't want to completely re-paint and have two nice chips in the front.
One I think I caused moving stuff around in the garage and the other came with the car.
No big deal really. 92,000 miles, so if that is all I got, I am fortunate.
