Many here will disagree, some even violently; I think S/T is sooo much yesterday. Stock is the way to go if your only purpose is to make money.
Since S/T is a popular mod right now, the risk is that it will be out of fashion when you are done in a year. Even if S/T:s are still in demand then a stock 911 E will be worth more than a quickly slapped together S/T.
Just look at the different kind of mods that have been popular over the last 30 years; G model update, 935 update, Carrera RS update, backdate to F-model, S/T, RSR, R.... In 5 years people will start to correct backdated cars, cut off the RS flares and S/T flares, in the same way I cut off 935 fiberglass 10 years ago.
