As someone who just bought an 07 Turbo, yes that's an incredible deal... I ran across a thread where a guy took his engine down due to an oil leak at near 400k miles and all wear surfaces were within tolerance.
Personally I would have no problem with a car that had 100k. Honestly the idea of a less expensive car that I would worry less about is more appealing than a much more expensive low mileage car.
