You probably would, and you'd deserve it.
The asswipe with the camera walked right past one of the victims with a cursory, "You OK?" and stalked over to confront the driver. He had no reason to assume the car driver did it on purpose. The driver of the car repeated over and over he got stung by a wasp, never said anything about wanting to run the other biker asswipe off the road. Pretty callous of him to say he didn't care, but I'd have my defenses up too in that situation. Get distracted in your car, cross a double yellow line, and get accused of murder because of some other dumbass's irresponsibility. If anyone should be in jail it should be the kid passing on a double yellow line.
