Looking To Drop A Few Pounds?

If so, I'll give my hearty endorsement for the Weight Watchers app. I started the program on 7/26 and weighed 225.6 lbs. Yesterday I was at 201.2. I'm 6'1" and 35 years old, I wasn't huge but definitely needed to drop a few. I am very active but don't actively work out simply for fitness. The app doesn't do anything miraculous, it simply gives you a set amount of points based on your weight and weight loss goals, assigns points to foods, then tracks your consumption to that daily and weekly points goal. No crazy diets or weird foods, I still drink beer and eat steak, but it helps to make you very aware of what you are eating and moderate the things that are not healthy. It also helps you to seek out healthy alternatives to existing food, for instance I replaced breakfast bars with fruit. For me the $20/mo for the app has been very well spent, my initial target was 200 lbs but I'm thinking between 190 and 195 will actually be better. I've already had to buy some new clothes and have all of my dress clothes altered.
