Actually, you said you didn't see how that video was enough to
charge him (not convict him).
It's an odd statement, because the odds of being charged with that video being made public is pretty much 100% (as was quickly proven true).
This case is a prosecutor's dream. Every single prosecutor in the country would bring charges with that video in hand.
