I've been driving on four lane highways where you would expect to be passed on the left and had people try to move left into me. It happens, and it's not always intentional. My reaction to some jackass in a helmet and a camera coming at me would probably not be, "I don't care," but it would definitely not be conciliatory. In the end the old guy proved himself to be a jackass and probably guilty, but I gave the guy the benefit of the doubt, which is the right thing to do.

Your response to this video is nothing short of bizarre. You do not see the actions of the driver and think that it could have been an honest mistake(?), you continually focus on the other rider approaching the guy immediately afterwards, etc., etc...
If I saw someone try to murder my friend with his car, I can't say for sure how I'd react in the immediate aftermath. The other guy's response, (jackass w helmet, in your words), was almost incredibly restrained. Seriously. I lot of people would have broken his neck, with adrenaline flowing. This was not just a drunk driver who caused an accident, as some other poster tried to frame it a few pages back. This was intentional and he just witnessed it. His friends are laying in the ditch injured. But to you, his response was inappropriate and that's what matters here.
What a strange man you are.
