The area around our office building has no houses or housing at all. It is pure light industrial. The largest independent food company in the country is right down the road. They make jams, preserves and jellies, syrups, mayonnaise and salad dressing products, apple butter, barbecue sauces, mustard, vinegar, and peanut butter. They have 18 wheelers coming and going all the time. Some of them are some kind of bad drivers. The two companies at the other end of the street bot spend a LOT of money on landscaping and they look real nice. Several times a year one of the idiot truck drivers will cut the corner and drive over the manicured lawns. Bot side have LARGE boulders on the corner to reduce that. The truckers just smash over them.
