Even the little **** prick ****tard said his product costs $1.00 or less to make.
They can certainly keep the price at or just above breakeven if they opt to forgo profit in favor of philanthropy.
Should not hurt them, everyone agrees there is a limited market for the product and it's only really profitable at exorbitant markup.
They would probably spend more in buying the resulting
PR value than they lose by not making a profit on this one drug.
