Way back when Christ was a kid and wasI knee high to my Daddy's knee one of my Teaches talked about how Cattle/beef was unsustainable as a food stuff because of the cost to the environment in water and grass lands vs the yield in food. So now it is coming true just like Teach said it would.

Yep nitrates and nitrites ain't good for you. Just from the perspective of the sodium content alone.


Best advice I can give is watch the salt, sugar and carbohydrates. The carbs are not bad if you have a physically demanding job, but if youse sit on yer azz they will git ya eventually. Read your fking packages and see what kind o crap is in the stuff you stuff your pie hole with. U will wonder why you are not dead already.
