So if you've used the spacer/washer that came with the turbo tie rod kit (lemforder) you should be good to go?
One doesn't need to use the original larger spacer/washer that came with the original tie rod as in the diagram (#2) in the OP's post.
Got it when re reading...the spacers should do the trick
