Agree that it's not for everyone. I, and several friends all tried to quit using Chantix at the same time. 1 became suicidal, so quit taking it. He had the vivid dreams that you mention. He has had suicidal issues in the past, so knew the signs, knew what was "different" in his life (Chantix), so quite using it immediately after about 2 weeks. Another friend was able to quit for about a month. Had the vivid dreams, became forgetful, but it did curb his cravings (for a while). I got zero from Chantix. No dreams, no curbed desires--it literally didn't affect me at all, and I used it for about 3 months.
I have heard of it helping people, but nobody I
know that has used it has quit.
