Personally, I shy away from offering my opinion about something I know very little about. Non smokers have never been in that terrible vice like grip of addiction, so it is a lot easier to toss off advice.
I would also never just tell someone flat out, you're wrong, I feel everyone is entitled to their opinion, even if it differs from yours.
These forums are an imperfect medium; I don't mean to sound preachy. I am truly happy you were able to kick the ciggies.
